GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE
At Whitney Johnson Pilates, all group classes are designed to support a clear progression in your Pilates practice—starting with Foundations and moving into WJP Workouts as your skills develop.
FOUNDATIONS
This is where all new clients begin. Foundations focuses on the essential principles and core repertoire of Pilates at a slower, more detailed pace so you can build confidence, understand the method, and develop strong technique from the ground up. It’s also an ideal place for experienced clients to return to refine and deepen their practice.
WJP WORKOUTS
WJP Workouts are guided independent practice sessions designed for continuing students who are ready to take more ownership of their Pilates work.
In these sessions, you’ll work through your own individualized Pilates program while an instructor is present to supervise, refine your technique, and introduce new exercises and equipment as you progress. This format supports you in building true independence within the method while still receiving expert guidance when you need it.
In order to join our WJP Workouts, new students are required to complete the Foundations Introductory Package or the equivalent Privates Introductory Package.
Both class types are rooted in classical Pilates and designed to help you move with more strength, control, and intelligence over time.
